The Loved Come Home

Long time no blog...
Anyway, sorry for the delay on writing, but nothing had been happening! My week carried on as usual, with school and helping with the rambunctious batch of 1st grade kids. My days were normal, nothing special. But on Friday, two great things happened! My sister came home from Spokane, and Grammy was finally able to go back to her humble abode. That night, I attended the football game, disappointing loss but a great effort! Then I spent the rest of my evening with my sister and hearing the wonderful story of my mom locking her keys in her car at 11:30 at night at BLE attempting to do school work, and having to walk to Madeline's house to use the phone, and then waiting in the dark for my father to come rescue her. Long sentence, but it was a very hilarious tale. On Saturday we had a huge celebration at Grammy and Grampy's house, which was to honor Uncle Timmy's and Grampy's birthdays! Also to welcome Grammy home. Right away I tested out the stair chair, see below:

Timothy rode that thing about 10 times throughout the night. It was quite thrilling. It was so wonderful to see my beautiful Grandmother home and doing her crossword puzzles once again, and it was a great McCann family party.
As each day passes, remember to cherish the people you love, and the things you enjoy. I can't feel blessed enough about the miracle God worked with Grammy, and I smile each time she comes to mind :).
